Return Policy

At Giagiakou Aikaterini Pharmacies, our return policy is defined as follows:

1. Exchanges and returns are accepted only with the proof of purchase or the product change card within 15 days from the date of the transaction.
2. The product must be in the same condition it was purchased in (packaging must be unopened and undamaged).
3. Refunds are made within 24 hours from the date of purchase of the products.
4. Returns are not accepted - for your safety - on the following kind of products:
- refrigerator products
- baby food
- special orders and
- products in opened, damaged or altered packaging.

5. In the event of a (defective or non-defective) device/product being returned, after a check has been made to determine any damage or defect, a repair, replacement or refund will be made.
